ABOUT US
We connect AI to the systems your company already uses.
Andes AI designs and operates AI microservices — text, voice, OCR, and automation agents — deployed on your cloud or your own servers.
WHO WE ARE
From a microservice to the full build.
We design, integrate and run agents connected to your ERP, your CRM and your documents. When a case needs more than a connected service, we build the software around it too.

WHAT WE DO
Four core capabilities, plus whatever has to be built around them.
These are the four services we run as microservices. When a case calls for a custom integration or an application of its own, we build that too.
Text agents
A copilot connected to your ERP, your CRM, and your documents.
Voice agents
Answers and makes calls. Transcribes and executes the action on the same call.
OCR & documents
Invoice, meeting minutes, or medical record, converted into structured JSON.
Automations
An event triggers a flow that executes real work on your systems.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
The limits, up front.
Listing what we don't do is the fastest way for you to tell whether we're the right vendor.
We do not train base models from scratch. We start from existing models and connect them to your data, your rules and your permissions.
We do not resell third-party licences or APIs. What we deliver is the service that orchestrates them and what it takes to run it on your infrastructure.
We do not deliver a pilot without metrics agreed before it starts. If there is no way to say whether it worked, there is no way to decide whether it continues.
We do not publish client cases without written authorisation. That is why this site carries no third-party logos and no client result figures.
HOW WE WORK
From diagnosis to production, with a condition to move on.
The same path on every project. Each stage ends with something you can review before continuing.
Diagnosis
1 to 2 weeksDelivers: A map of your processes, your data, and the use case with the best return.
Needs: Process documentation and a session with the team that runs it.
Pilot
4 to 6 weeksDelivers: An agent in scoped production, with success metrics agreed on.
Needs: Test access to a system and someone responsible for validating results.
Production
Full deploymentDelivers: Full deployment, SLA, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Needs: Security and IT sign-off, and the operating channel.
TEAM
Three disciplines on every project
Roles, not an org chart. These are the three functions involved and what each one does.
Engineering
Integration and operations
They build the connectors to your systems, the tool orchestrator and the deployment. They are the ones who keep the service running once it is in production.
Consulting
Diagnosis and scope
They map the process, decide which case has the best return, and agree the pilot metrics with your team before any code is written.
Data
Models and evaluation
They tune the models to your domain and build the evaluations that say whether an answer is good. Without those there is no way to know if the agent is improving or degrading.
